CCLA Motors in Baldwin Hills Joins Network
Employees at CCLA Motors often tell customers, “We are driven to serve you.” Established five years ago in Baldwin Park, CA, the company aims to help customers through the repair process and provide the best possible service.
With a total of 10 employees, CCLA Motors is led by Bill Lopez, Ruben Jandres and Eddie Ruiz who have a combined 35 years of experience in automotive and collision repair.
“What sets us apart from the competition is our combined experience and the knowledge we’ve gained throughout the years in the industry, which in turn we teach and use to our advantage,” said Lopez.
“We truly take pride in our work and helping customers to the best of our abilities,” said Jandres. “We try to go the extra mile for all of our customers because customer satisfaction is top tier and important to us.”
The company learned about 1Collision through its paint supplier.
Lopez said the owners felt they could really use the help taking the business to the next level. “1Collision sounded like the perfect fit for that,” he said.
The company hopes to gain more useful knowledge in CCC ONE, obtain guidance with shop systems, production flow, vehicle intake and management practices.
“Our ultimate goal is to run a lean, efficient shop with state-of-the-art technology to ensure customer satisfaction,” said Lopez.
Jandres said they are really excited to join the 1Collison family. “We look forward to working together to take CCLA to the next level in business with the company’s expertise and guidance in the auto collision industry,” he said.
